The World Chamberlain Genealogical Society
Membership in the WCGS is open to anyone interested in tracing their Chamberlain ancestors or just learning more about the Chamberlain surname, its history, and varied spellings down through the years.
The many benefits of membership are well worth the minimal cost. Here is what you get:
- Complete access to a new and improved website including searchable family trees containing nearly 150,000 Chamberlain descendants dating back to the 9th century.
- The Chamberlain Key, a quarterly newsletter, featuring the latest genealogy and lineage information, research tips and new discoveries, and much more, all pertaining to the Chamberlain lines.
- Archival material from research collections, historical documents, and other resources, dating back to the 1890s.
- Perhaps most importantly, an opportunity for you to share with fellow members what you have discovered about your Chamberlain ancestors and to learn what others have discovered.

Pay by Check or Inter-bank TransferIf you wish to renew by check or by inter-bank transfer, please send an email to our WCGS Treasurer Gene Chamberlain at chamberg925@gmail.com to make him aware of your intent to renew. Please include your expired member number if possible. Then you have two options for payment. You may use the interbank electronic transfer service known as "Zelle" with the Treasurer's email address as noted. Or you may send a check, payable to WCGS and mailed to WCGS c/o Gene Chamberlain 12 Oyster Shell Lane Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 If you are a new member AND you are paying by check, please click on the link below to fill out a membership application and it will be processed upon receipt of your payment. |
